Right of withdrawal
1. You have the right to cancel your order or individual products within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without giving a reason. The period for exercising the right of cancellation is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, regardless of whether you or a third party of your choice receives the order. If the end of the period falls in the country “officially” on a specified holiday, the right of withdrawal may be exercised until the end of the said period on the business day following (inclusive).
2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – SIA OMSA – via e-mail ( omsa@inbox.lv ), by personally visiting the store or by mail. You can use our withdrawal forms, which are available on our website (Withdrawal form in PDF format) or submit a free-form application.
3. In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you submit or send your notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Attention! During the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to use the product to the extent necessary to test the product (to the same extent as it could be done before purchasing the product in a regular store). When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for using the product beyond what is intended for testing the product, for using the product during the withdrawal period that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for reducing the value, quality and safety of the product.
