The following privacy policy describes how SIA “OMSA”  (hereinafter also referred to as – “we” or “omsa.lv”) collects, processes and stores personal data that the omsa.lv online store collects from its customers and persons visiting the website (hereinafter referred to as – “You”).

 

The creation of the Privacy Policy has been carried out in accordance with the principles of personal data processing included in Regulation No. 27 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

omsa.lv  stores and processes your personal data as long as at least one of the criteria below exists:

 

• Personal data is necessary for the purposes for which it was received;

 

• While omsa.lv and/or you may exercise your legitimate interests, such as submitting objections or bringing or pursuing legal action in accordance with the procedures set out in external regulatory enactments;

 

• Legal obligation to store data, such as in accordance with the Accounting Law;

 

• As long as your consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another lawful basis for the processing of personal data.

 

Upon the expiry of the criteria referred to in this paragraph, the storage period for your personal data also expires and all relevant personal data are permanently deleted from computer systems and electronic documents containing the relevant personal data or these documents are anonymized.
