Usage: when the perm composition has finished working, rinse hair with warm water and dry. Apply 2/3 of the neutralizer to the hair and leave on for at least 5 minutes. Then, unroll the rollers and apply 1/3 of the remaining neutralizer, leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Caution! Read the instructions carefully before use. Do not use on irritated and sensitive scalp. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse with running water. Store in a safe place out of reach of children. Wear work gloves during the process.
